We want to offer maximum flexibility in the way you manage your purchases and your licences (material and/or exams you have purchased for your courses). One of the ways we offer this flexibility is by enabling you to return licences, material or exams you don’t need.  For that, please, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to my.itp.academy and go to My Licences

You will see a list with all the licences (material and/or exams) that your company has purchased.

  1. Sign into your account and go to License Management.

You will see a list with all the licences (material and/or exams) that your company has purchased

2. Search the item that you want to return and click on the Return button

Tip: If you cannot find the product you want, you can use the search bar and the filters at the top , to reduce your list and help in your search.

3. Select which licence(s) you want to return

After selecting the item, you will be shown a list with all licences purchased for that specific product. You can use the status filters, on the left of the table, and/or the sorting titles. on the top row of the table, to find which vouchers are still available, assigned, or consumed.

Using the tick boxes on the left hand side, you can select one or more licences.

4. Click on Return

After confirmation, the process is automated from here on out, and it should be completed within 1-2 business days.

What happens next?

Once your return request has been processed, you will receive a credit invoice, meaning that the monetary value of the licences will be added as credit to use against future orders to avoid transfer fees. If required the money can be transferred back, but any transfer fees will be deducted from the value.

Does this sound confusing or need to clarify something? Please don’t hesitate to contact our support for more information.

Always be mindful of the date until when the vouchers can be returned. Simply check the Return by filter, located at the top of the table. This will add a column to your table showing the return deadlines, or inform you if the vouchers are no longer returnable.

* Warning: The return can be made for digital items only, which means: ebooks, instructor material, elearning, videos etc. provided that they are not consumed and the purchase date is less than 30 days from the return. After a return is made, all licences returned get the status : returned and can not be used for future courses.

*Suggestion: For items that you use frequently in your courses, you may prefer to re use them in future classes and always keep a small ‘stock’ to accommodate for last minute walk-ins, new learners etc.
