As a verified training partner, you are able to add products in your basket and checkout with different options.
Payment Gateway: Available for every verified training partner account, payment gateway means that you make a payment as part of the checkout process. This may be with a credit card orPaypal.
Invoice: If your account is set up on invoice, you will be able to pay with a credit card as well, or simply checkout without any payment. This means that your order will be fulfilled automatically, and you can find all your licences available under licence management. You may go ahead and organise your courses etc.
You will receive an invoice separately for this order which you can pay easily from your orders, using a credit card or through a bank transfer.
Pro forma: Available for every verified training partner account, the pro forma invoice enables you to make partial payments for a specific order, often including different payment methods (e.g. credit card, bank transfer).
If you wish to pay later, but still using a Credit Card, choose the Proforma Invoice option during checkout.
After your order has been placed, a proforma invoice will be generated and made available on your Admin Panel. To access it and finalize your payment, please follow the steps below:
Sign in your verified training partner account
Go to your Orders
You should be able to see a table listing all (Proforma) Invoices generated for your account.
Note: It may take a few minutes to generate a proforma invoice, after an order has been placed. Therefore, it is possible that you do not see your invoice immediately after placing your order. If that happens, consider waiting some minutes and refreshing the page.
Retrieve your payment details from the invoice and perform your payment
From the table listed, you can click on (Pro-Forma Invoice) to download your invoice and see further instructions on your payment details and options. After that, click on the Add Payment option, followed by Pay with Credit Card, and provide the required information. Complete your payment by pressing Pay Now.
