Setting up your course completion certification only requires a one-time effort, and provides a great experience and validation to your learners.

 

In order to set up a certificate, you simply have to add:

  • Your logo

  • Name and job title of the signatory on the Certificate. For example you can add ‘John Doe’ and ‘CEO’ and we will make sure that all certificates have a John Doe signature on them. 

 

You will have an opportunity to preview the certificate before you decide to enable this functionality.

 

To set up the participation certificates click on 'Course settings' and press "Configure". Afterwards, you can fill in the signatory details that will be shown on the certificate. 

 

Tip*: Don't forget to check the second box in the configuration section to enable the certificates to be delivered. (To learn more about the eLearning completion certificates, please check this article).

 

You can also generate a Preview of the Certificate

 

After you have completed configuration and enabled certificate delivery, you will find the option to select “Schedule automatic delivery of participation certificate” when you create a course. The date of delivery is programmed to be one day after the "End date" of the course specified by you.

 

Finally, before the End Date of the Course, you can manually deselect the learner(s) whom you do not want to send the certificates to under the Learner Tab of your class as shown in the image below. Please remember you have to do this before the End Date of the course.
